1. Delivery Times
Most international orders are delivered within 3–6 business days after shipment. Please be aware that customs may hold your package for a longer period of time. Due to weight limits, larger orders will ship in multiple packages.
2. Prompt Customs & Carrier Communication
International shipments may require additional information from the recipient to clear customs. The carrier may contact you by email or text message if documentation is required.
Please respond promptly to any requests from the carrier or customs authorities. Failure to do so may result in your order being considered refused or abandoned, and returned.

3. Returned Shipments
If an international order is returned to sender due to failure to respond to customs or carrier requests, an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or refusal of the package, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
