1. Delivery Times, Duties & Import Taxes
Most international orders are delivered within 3–6 business days after shipment. Please be aware that customs may hold your package for a longer period of time. Due to weight limits, larger orders will ship in multiple packages.
International shipping charges collected at checkout do not include duties or taxes that may be charged by your country's government or customs authorities (unless your order is to Canada).
These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid before delivery can be completed.

3. Prompt Customs & Carrier Communication
International shipments may require additional information from the recipient to clear customs. The carrier may contact you by email or text message if documentation or payment is required.
Please respond promptly to any requests from the carrier or customs authorities. Failure to do so may result in your order being considered refused or abandoned, and returned.

4. Returned Shipments
If an international order is returned to sender due to failure to respond to customs or carrier requests, an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or refusal of the package, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
