Start your return by clicking HERE. You will need to log in or create an account with the email you used to purchase your order. As long as your order meets our return requirements, you will be able to select the order and start a return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once we receive your return, a refund will be processed within 3 to 10 business days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
