Start your return by clicking HERE. You will need to log in or create an account with the email you used to purchase your order. As long as your order meets our return requirements, you will be able to select the order and start a return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once we receive your return, a refund will be processed within 3 to 10 business days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Policy Details
- Returns must be free from damage, and/or dirt/marks. Yoga mats improperly packaged in return boxes (folded and/or creased) are subject to partial refunds.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be shipped back in their original packaging. Returns sent in alternate packaging may incur a $10 fee (deducted from refund).
- We cannot accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, try before you buy, yoga mat cleaner, or yoga mat grip sprays.
- Return shipping is Free for all USA states excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and USA territories.
- The following products are not free to return due to size and weight: Cork Bolsters, Cork Floor Mats, Nomad XL Yoga Mats, Unity XL Yoga Mats, and Unity Pro 84" Mats.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund.
